How we got here
Each decision expanded what LTP could do.
2012LTP began with a two-person team and an office on Trade Street in downtown Winston-Salem.
2015Restored a former bank at 206 West Fourth Street as our headquarters. The project earned a Downtown Excellence Award the following spring.
2017Helped shape downtown’s resurgence, from the Innovation Quarter to Bailey Power Plant. CoStar Power Broker honors followed year after year.
2020Expanded beyond traditional brokerage by helping a regional operator acquire land for its seventh location and investing alongside clients in two Winston-Salem flex properties.
2021Formed a dedicated growth team for multi-location operators—the foundation of Xpand. Its first client now operates more than 280 locations across 27 states.
2023Established Investment Services, formalizing the investment work we had built alongside clients.
2024Launched Xpand under its own brand and established LTP’s presence in Columbus, Ohio.
TodayLTP brokers, invests and advises nationwide, led from the same West Fourth Street headquarters.
